Valley Roofing & Siding Inc
Twenty years in, Paul Vartelas and his crew remain hands-on: they show up within hours for estimates, explain upgrades matter (ice-and-water barriers save winters), and stop upselling where others push full replacements. One reviewer's roof leaked post-install; the rest praise skilled work, punctual completion, and genuine follow-up years later when gutters fail or snow sits wrong. Jobs span roof replacement, siding, gutters, and repairs across single-family and commercial applications. Reviewers name technician Dickey, credit Chris (co-owner) for finishing touches, and highlight jobsite cleanliness. Paul personally inspects ice-dam concerns and gutter dropouts months or years after original work, often charging fairly or minimally for unexpected issues rather than treating them as new projects.
