Lorenzo and his team arrive when promised and treat properties like their own, working clean and completing jobs the same day when possible. Reviewers consistently praise fair pricing, technical know-how, and the owner's willingness to educate homeowners on maintenance and future work, with particular strength in gutter repair and emergency response after winter weather damage. All 16 available reviews award five stars. No complaints appear in the sample. The business handles everything from same-day air vent leaks to multi-hour roof repairs and gutter cleaning, often responding on holidays and in snow. Their website states coverage across New Haven and Fairfield counties.
Rooftop Construction earns consistent five-star reviews for roof work across Fairfield and neighboring counties. Reviewers highlight the owners Erion and Besi by name, praising their speed, cleanliness, fair rates, and willingness to explain problems clearly. Installation and repair jobs close smoothly and on schedule with no complaints on record. The team handles roof replacement, metal roofing, flat roof systems, repairs, and gutter work. Reviewers note excellent attention to detail, professional job-site cleanup, and quality outcomes. Deck and siding jobs receive equal praise. Twenty years in, Paul Vartelas and his crew remain hands-on: they show up within hours for estimates, explain upgrades matter (ice-and-water barriers save winters), and stop upselling where others push full replacements. One reviewer's roof leaked post-install; the rest praise skilled work, punctual completion, and genuine follow-up years later when gutters fail or snow sits wrong. Jobs span roof replacement, siding, gutters, and repairs across single-family and commercial applications. Reviewers name technician Dickey, credit Chris (co-owner) for finishing touches, and highlight jobsite cleanliness. Paul personally inspects ice-dam concerns and gutter dropouts months or years after original work, often charging fairly or minimally for unexpected issues rather than treating them as new projects.
K&X Construction earns consistent praise for responsiveness, punctuality, and trustworthy dealings across home renovation and hardscape work. One reviewer reported significant deterioration in patio and walkway work months after completion and felt pressured to pay more for fixes; the business's overall track record shows 90% five-star ratings across 72 reviews.
