Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Think twice if: Review evidence is too thin to guide a choice; request references or speak to recent clients.

5.0(20)✓ Google-verified

Every review carries five stars, with customers consistently praising how Paul and the team guide them through roof replacement or repair from estimate to completion. The standout strength is insurance claim handling: many reviewers noted that Zerah advocated with insurers, coordinated permits, and kept final costs to just their deductible. Workmanship was repeatedly described as fast, clean, and thorough, with crews leaving minimal mess and treating homes with respect. Specific strengths include direct coordination between homeowner and crew, transparent pricing that matches the initial promise, and a reputation for fighting to secure coverage on their customers' behalf.
