What recent reviews say

Across 33 reviews (97% five-star), customers consistently praise Brian and his crew for clear communication, fair pricing, and flawless roof installation and cleanup. Many describe how ABS walked them through storm insurance claims, handled the adjuster meeting, and delivered results that matched promises.

One significant complaint stands out: a property owner felt dismissed after revealing ACV insurance coverage, and Brian refused to inspect a storm-damaged rental without committing to full replacement first. The reviewer suspected insurance proceeds drove the business decision rather than the customer's actual needs.
