Most jobs run on schedule with crews showing up early and finishing the same day. Staff manage insurance paperwork end-to-end, explain damage clearly, and leave properties spotless. A single complaint notes being ignored after receiving a quote, contrasting sharply with the norm of immediate callbacks and detailed walkthroughs.
The owner Jon Wolf and team member Enrique are frequently named. Roofs, siding, and bonus room projects dominate the reviews. Customers praise "50 year warranty" coverage and note that several jobs cost only insurance deductibles. Work includes gutter cleaning and debris removal.
All five recent reviews rate Lion Roofing at five stars. Owners and crew consistently earn praise for punctuality, clear communication during projects, and willingness to customize work around customer constraints. A veteran-owned business, they send photos during jobs, follow up seasonally, and handle old-house complications without charge extras.
