Macri Roofing installs and repairs residential and commercial roofing with strong five-star reviews praising punctuality, clean work, and honest pricing. However, one-star reviews cite unexpected bills, poor communication, and claims of overcharging, creating a split between satisfied and burned customers.
Cristian and his team earn consistent praise for replacing and repairing roofs quickly, often in a single day, with meticulous cleanup and transparent, competitive pricing. Their strength lies in steering customers through insurance claims after storm damage. One serious complaint alleges the company employed door-to-door tactics in Meriden to solicit false damage claims, which conflicts sharply with the overwhelmingly positive track record.
Customers consistently report fast, clean work from knowledgeable crews who show up on time and finish efficiently, often in a single day or two. Staff like Taylor, Ryan, Keith, and Kevin earn specific praise for professionalism and attentiveness; one homeowner noted a rough patch mid-project but said Taylor's follow-up turned it around, though pricing concerns remained. The business handles roofing, gutters, siding, and solar work across the Hartford area. Their website claims Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor status and ENERGY STAR certifications. Reviews center on roof and gutter jobs, with customers noting rapid response to estimates and minimal post-job mess.
