Bruno Massaro & Sons handles drywall and plaster repair with precision. Reviewers consistently note flawless ceiling repairs, seamless plaster restoration, and spotless jobsites. The team has worked for repeat customers across multiple projects, with one client revisiting four times over years. A tenant-to-landlord reviewer highlighted "reasonably priced" estimates suitable for insurance claims. Staff members like Joe earn specific praise for matching old plaster quality. One customer reported no cracks returning 15 months after a Victorian repair.
Work spans water-damaged ceilings, textured popcorn removal, and lath-and-plaster finishing. The business absorbs extra touches (patching nearby walls, dust containment across two floors) without flagging hidden fees. Reviews emphasize the premium they charge for plaster work over drywall, positioning it as preservation rather than replacement.
Most recent work earns consistent five-star praise for on-time arrival, clean sites, and skilled crews. Older negative reviews cite a post-repair leak and alleged misdiagnosis, but recent feedback emphasizes fair pricing and respectful service without upsell pressure.
