What recent reviews say

Exterior work (siding, roof, windows) draws five-star reviews for Scott's responsiveness, crew professionalism, fair pricing, and quick turnarounds. Quality execution and clean jobsites impress consistently. Major renovation projects present challenges: significant delays, unresponsiveness mid-project, and subcontractor management issues cause serious problems.

Recent shift: Recent complaints document serious issues on large renovation projects (Sept 2024-Jan 2026), though most exterior work reviews remain five-star.
