Roof repair and customer service issues raised in older reviews; the 3.7-star rating reflects mixed results, but recent feedback is limited.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One recent reviewer called Storm Smart knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Evidence is minimal: a single five-star review provides limited insight into service quality across their stated roofing, inspection, and gutter work.
Every reviewer reports same-day or next-day completion with zero debris left behind-Dave's crew even relocates landscaping to protect it. Pricing consistently undercuts competitors by thousands while matching or exceeding quality. Dave answers calls early morning, responds within hours, explains options with pictures, and walks through every step without hard-sell tactics. Crew handles specialty work (19 windows in a historic house, octagonal units, skylights) as competently as standard roofs. Roof replacements, gutter systems, and window installations all praised equally for durability and fit. Real estate professionals refer clients back repeatedly. The owner's transparency on costs upfront and willingness to customize solutions (matching old window formats in 1894 homes) sets this business apart from larger competitors in the region.
Professional workmanship, punctual service, and thorough daily cleanup recur across 50 five-star reviews. Owners and crew communicate responsively, and pricing is fair compared to other bids. Problem-solving appears in coordinating complex jobs like solar panel removals and same-day ice jam repairs. Quality craftsmanship on roof replacements and repairs is consistent.
