Both reviews are 7-9 years old, so current service is unclear. One long-term customer praised them as honest and reliable. Another reported unannounced visits, forgotten assessments, misleading repair advice, and undocumented charges.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All four reviews are five-star, praising owner Dan's quick on-site assessments, next-day service, and professional crew. Limited review volume, but consistent on reliability and communication.
Val and his crew respond within hours to service requests and deliver estimates the same day. Work arrives on schedule, costs less than competitors, and the site gets cleaned thoroughly when done. Beyond the core roof and gutter work, reviewers consistently praise Val's personal involvement in projects, his willingness to fix structural damage beyond the quote, and his habit of documenting work with before-and-after photos. Long-term clients have trusted Costa Construction for 6-8 years without hesitation.
Customers consistently praise quality workmanship and professional service. One reviewer raised concerns about review manipulation practices; most other reviews offer minimal detail.
