Modern Way Roofing & Siding

5.0(278)✓ Google-verified

Modern Way earned its 5-star average by handling wind and storm damage claims end-to-end: they coach homeowners through insurance, inspect damage, coordinate approvals, and install roofs in a single day. Named crew members Danny, Rick, and Joe consistently show up on time, work cleanly, and follow up by phone. Reviewers value the low friction most-Modern Way contacts the insurance company, marks the roof, keeps the claim moving, and asks little of the homeowner until installation day. One reviewer received free gutters as an insurance bonus. Every review highlights professional crew work and thorough jobsite cleanup. Most praise centers on storm damage roof replacement paired with insurance claims support. Reviewers note affordable pricing relative to larger competitors, reliable scheduling, and crew professionalism on siding work as well. A small mention flags a minor gutter drip-edge issue post-install, but the homeowner called it "very good" cleanup overall.
