Strong fieldwork from crews like Terado, Royland, and Brian earns consistent praise for care and detail; energy audits uncover real savings (20% air leakage reduction, state rebates). However, larger projects run into friction: insulation jobs delivered messy and with surprise charges, solar installs stalled months past promised dates, and followup requests vanish into voicemail. Owner engagement rescues some situations quickly, but operational followup is unreliable across the company.
Recent shift: Pattern shows strong 5-star reviews for early energy audits and initial solar installs, but deteriorating sentiment on multi-phase projects and followup from 2023 onward; two recent 1-2 star reviews cite ghosting and missed deadlines on larger solar work
Reviewers praise responsive staff and quality installations, but all documented work is solar panels, not roofing. With just four reviews and no roof-work evidence, ask for roofing references first.
Reviewers consistently praise Jose and his team for speed, professionalism, and reliability across roof work, landscaping, and hardscape projects. They complete jobs quickly, communicate throughout, and clean up after themselves. One older complaint involved a missed snow removal quote callback, but recent reviews (last two years) show no pattern of no-shows or service lapses.
All six reviewers gave five stars, citing Roofing Kings' ability to spot roof damage during inspections and walk homeowners through insurance claims end-to-end. Crews finish jobs quickly, staff pick up the phone, pricing undercuts larger competitors, and the business offers financing when upfront costs are tight. Backed by 20 years of power washing experience, they operate as a lean, local alternative to companies booking months ahead.
