Work arrives on schedule and finished right. Giovanny and his crew treat every job with visible care, from deck rebuilds to roof and siding bundles, catching code details and new techniques that make results look polished. Crews work steadily through the day, clean up after themselves, and stay approachable even when pushing hard to meet timelines. Reviewers consistently note fair pricing for the quality delivered and say they book the next project before the current one ends.
The business claims 15 years operating across eight Connecticut towns. Roofing work appears alongside broader renovation scope (basements, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, siding), with multiple reviewers praising the same roof-and-siding bundles. Email contact is mentioned as a reliable way to reach them. Staff names Giovanny, Gio, and Gigi appear across projects; cleanup and contract provision are remarked on as marks of professionalism.
All four Google reviews award five stars. Reviewers praise fast work, excellent customer service, and quality finishes. Review evidence is limited, so specific details about particular services are scarce.
Split reviews reflect unpredictable service. One customer faced warranty denial and no-show after gutter installation; another praised the owner's helpfulness. Low consistency and unclear warranty terms are red flags.
Review evidence for this business is not available, so we cannot assess customer experience from recent feedback. Their website claims 10 years in business, licensing, and full insurance coverage, plus service across Connecticut.
