EPB shows exceptional consistency across roof replacement, gutter work, and snow removal. Crews arrive on schedule, complete jobs in the promised timeframe (often three to four days for full replacements), and leave properties spotless with no stray nails or debris. Emilio, the owner, personally measures jobs and handles estimates within a day; his crew works like "a fine tuned machine" and communicates clearly throughout. Pricing is described as competitive and fair, never the lowest bid but backed by visible quality. Repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals dominate the feedback, with one reviewer noting that Emilio's team is now working on multiple homes on the same street.
Fast completion (one-day roof replacement), skilled workmanship, responsive communication, and fair pricing stand out. Paul's team handles everything from roofing to major renovations to decks, maintaining clean worksites and completing projects on budget and schedule.
All 12 Google reviews average 4.7 stars, praising responsive, quick service and professional work. Most feedback covers roof installation and repairs; detail is limited on pricing, commercial services, and any drawbacks.
Most jobs finish in a day with meticulous site cleanup and careful handling of landscaping. Scott Winn leads a crew known for showing up on time, explaining options without pressure, and standing behind their work with immediate attention if a customer has doubts. Named technicians include Jose, Tyler, and Sean; office staff Alexis and Loni also receive praise. Reviewers note state-of-the-art equipment, affordability despite quality, and owner follow-ups to inspect completed work. Gutter guard installation once required a return visit to satisfy the homeowner.
