Google Business Profile is the source for the business data shown here, last checked 2026-09-25.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Ten of twelve reviews praise Dave's technical knowledge, honest assessment, and crew reliability; jobsites are cleaned thoroughly and work lasts years. Two reviewers report serious communication breakdowns during warranty repairs, with months of ignored calls after roof or flashing issues emerged.
Reviewers consistently praise Luiz and his team for professional, reliable work that exceeds expectations on both residential and commercial projects. Reviews are sparse and dated, spanning eight years, so current service quality cannot be confirmed from recent customer feedback.
Two one-star reviews from separate customers span three years of complaints: incomplete work after upfront payment, non-responsive communication, missing refunds, and allegations of material theft. No positive reviews are present to balance the record.
