All eight Google reviews are five-star. Customers praise the company for arriving quickly, communicating clearly, and delivering fair-priced gutter and roofing work. Owner Riza and his crews (Nazar, Endrit mentioned by name) earned trust by showing before-and-after photos, fixing problems same-day, and standing behind quoted prices with no hidden charges.
One reviewer praised exceptional customer service for a roof repair. Another reported the business may be impersonating an established company and is not registered with Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection. Evidence is limited to two conflicting reviews.
One recent repair customer praised the company for arriving on time, explaining the work clearly, and delivering a solid fix for a small leak.
