LA ROOFING LLC

4.9(389)✓ Google-verified

LA Roofing handles roof replacements, repairs, and damage claims with consistent attention to communication and crew professionalism. Sales reps like Brandon, Luis, Gui, and Michael give thorough estimates and explain options clearly; project managers such as Ryan and Hiury stay on site, update owners daily, and address surprises competently. The team finishes work quickly (often two days for full replacement), picks up nails with magnets, covers landscaping, and leaves yards spotless. Warranty service is prompt when issues arise. Minor gaps have emerged: one contract promised a roof vent that wasn't installed due to conflicting information about soffit vents, photo documentation has been sparse, and a prior water stain was over-painted rather than spot-repaired. These are exceptions in a body of 96% five-star reviews. The business serves residential and commercial customers across Connecticut and Massachusetts, filing insurance claims and handling storm damage as core strengths.
