From the initial quote to project completion, Northland's team keeps customers in the loop with real people, not auto-responses, and shows up when promised. Staff tackle large jobs in days, leave properties spotless, and price significantly below competing bids without hiding costs or pushing hard sales. Darren and the crew take visible pride in every seam and corner, handle insurance claims smoothly, and treat yards and gardens with the same care they give the main work. Reviewers return for additional projects and recommend them to neighbors, churches, and business contacts.
Across 135 reviews at 5.0 stars, customers consistently experience a skilled crew led by named foremen like Diego and Chris, who communicate daily with photos and answer questions clearly. Projects run on schedule and budget; the team handles pitched roofs, ice dams, complex flashing, gutter replacements, and skylight work with equal competence. Reviewers praise meticulous cleanup (including magnetic nail collection), thoughtful site management, and willingness to solve hard problems creatively-one customer noted the company persevered on a complicated roof when other contractors quit. No complaints appear in available reviews, and repeat customers are common.
