Positive reviews praise Jordan Bernstein, Brad Sedito, and the team for fair pricing, responsive communication, and fast installations that often beat promised timelines. System design and installation quality receive consistent praise. Four critical reviews highlight serious problems: non-functional solar systems months after install with no follow-up, aggressive door-to-door tactics that led to police involvement, messy job sites, and uncoordinated work resulting in missed utility notifications and inspector re-approvals. The gap between promised and delivered support after purchase stands out as the core complaint. Customers report difficulty reaching service staff, unresolved system failures, and what feels like post-sale abandonment. One reviewer faced six months without proper follow-up on a system that didn't meet original specifications. However, satisfied customers consistently name specific staff members and note being prioritized throughout their projects.
