Google Business Profile is the source for the business data shown here, last checked 2026-09-25.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviews span 9 years and describe fast, professional roof repairs and replacements with fair quotes and clean work. One older complaint cites a 3-hour delay and no follow-up on an estimate, but 15 of 16 reviews praise responsive service, skilled crews, and competitive pricing.
All 12 Google reviews are five-star. Customers praise Tito's honesty, fair pricing, and speed. Multiple reviewers note materials arrive before work starts and crews show up on schedule, with no project delays. The team is described as hard-working, professional, and willing to solve tricky problems like roof leaks insurers couldn't locate.
Long-term customers praise the company's initial work quality and friendly service, but recent experience shows serious cracks: vinyl installation defects have recurred twice, and attempts to reach the business for repairs go unanswered. The one-star review documents a two-month wait for a fix that happened again months later with no response.
