What recent reviews say

The 3-star rating reflects polarized experiences: older customers praise door and window work at reasonable prices, but a recent project saw a bay window installed to wrong dimensions with missing safety supports. Limited review evidence.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Recent shift: Sharp decline from prior satisfaction to critical recent failure. Latest review (2 weeks ago) documents unmet specs, safety defects, and legal dispute.

Every review was five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Chris and his crew for honest pricing, quick responses, and transparent communication from quote through completion. They handle complex jobs on older homes with custom solutions, discover and fix hidden problems like rotted framing without overcharging, and treat properties with respect. The business tackles siding (James Hardie, vinyl), roofing, gutters, decks, windows, doors, and porticos across Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Reviewers note Chris honors his quotes, schedules flexibly, and often goes above expectations on timeline, materials, and finishing details. Work ranges from small repairs to full-house siding replacements and multi-scope projects in a few weeks.
