Five-star reviews praise M2 for fast, professional roofing and roof replacement work, transparent quotes, and responsiveness during emergencies. One-star reviews report broken promises, long project delays, poor communication, pricing disputes, and in one case a legal lien placed on a homeowner's property without apparent justification.
The stark divide suggests inconsistency in project delivery and customer handling. Recent work praised includes full roof replacements completed in three days, tile repairs handled professionally, and teams that responded at night to protect exposed roofing. Complaints span delayed roof replacements in Florida lasting months, siding work that took three times longer than promised, and staff communication barriers.
One five-star review describes the work as great, though detail is limited. The business operates in Meriden and lists emergency roofing among its services.
Abdul and his team consistently deliver high-quality work across roofing, gutters, siding, and remodeling projects. Reviewers emphasize their professionalism, clear communication, and ability to complete jobs on time while keeping sites clean and respecting homeowner preferences. Named technician Abdul Perry appears in multiple reviews and is praised for attention to design detail and workmanship. Projects ranging from roof replacement (completed in one day with next-day cleanup) to custom decks consistently exceed expectations. Pricing is described as reasonable, and the crew's willingness to adjust schedules around homeowner needs stands out.
All 15 reviewers gave five stars. They excel at roof replacements and insurance claims, coordinating directly with adjusters, and routinely complete installations in one day. Reviewers praise quality materials, clean worksites, on-time arrivals, and named staff like Arbri and Gary for professionalism and responsiveness.
