John and his crew deliver consistent, high-quality work backed by years of experience and meticulous attention to detail. Projects stay on budget and on schedule, the site is cleaned thoroughly each day, and he stands behind his work-but one reviewer reported a failed repair job with persistent non-responsiveness to follow-up calls.
Recent one-star reviews describe disrespectful behavior, including discriminatory conduct toward people with disabilities and women. Evidence of work quality or typical customer experience is limited; the available record reflects serious interpersonal complaints.
Across multiple jobs, reviewers consistently describe prompt responses, thorough roof inspections, and skilled leak repairs. Staff take time explaining problems, keep customers updated at each stage, and leave properties spotless. Work spans roof repairs, chimney cleaning and inspection, and broader home maintenance tasks performed in single visits.
