All 19 reviews praise the company's speed (roofs done in two to three days), cleanliness after work, and transparent communication throughout projects. Staff members like Patricia, Matthew, Janneth, and Walter are named repeatedly for guiding customers through insurance claims and keeping them informed. Roof replacements, gutter and siding installations, and insurance-claim coordination are consistently executed on schedule and within budget.
All six reviews gave five stars. Reviewers praised Tracy, Jason, Gloria, and the team for fast scheduling, friendly service, and getting work done quickly. Mold removal and basement leak repairs came up as completed jobs at reasonable costs.
Reviewers consistently praise Luiz and his team for professional, reliable work that exceeds expectations on both residential and commercial projects. Reviews are sparse and dated, spanning eight years, so current service quality cannot be confirmed from recent customer feedback.
Ten of twelve reviews praise Dave's technical knowledge, honest assessment, and crew reliability; jobsites are cleaned thoroughly and work lasts years. Two reviewers report serious communication breakdowns during warranty repairs, with months of ignored calls after roof or flashing issues emerged.
