Review evidence is limited. The business states it holds a Connecticut roofer license and operates across New Haven County. Their website lists repair, replacement, inspections, metal roofing, and siding work across multiple roof types and materials.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One customer praised Leo and Nick's crew for honest pricing and clean work on a church flat roof. Another reported being ignored after a scheduling change, with no follow-up or explanation. The stark gap in these accounts suggests inconsistent service delivery.
All 37 reviews award five stars. Homeowners consistently praise Cinco for on-time completion, precise work, and jobsite cleanliness; owner Fausto is noted for direct communication and fair pricing that undercuts competitors. Work spans roof replacement, gutter custom fabrication, metal roofing, and siding, with staff managing debris daily and leaving yards neat.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
