Art, Sergei, and Matt are named repeatedly for turning up on time, working carefully, and leaving the site clean. Customers praise the quality of windows and door installs, clear communication, and a project manager who checks in. One recent complaint stands out: a customer spent eight months trying to get four window replacements right, with fitment failures on three visits and a broken pane. The company's lifetime warranty didn't cover the repair.
The business's own website claims Connecticut and Massachusetts licensing, BBB A+ rating, and operation since 1989. Their website advertises a 60% discount on windows, baths, and door installation. Most five-star reviews note they are not the cheapest option, though reviewers often say the quality justifies the price.
Strong reviews highlight timely roof and siding work, clean sites, and fair pricing, often naming Corey's hands-on approach. However, recent 1-star reviews cite unprofessional communication, rude staff encounters, and projects delayed months past deadline with workmanship that required customer-hired repairs. The company's track record is inconsistent.
Reviewers describe a reliably coordinated operation where crews arrive promptly, work efficiently through each day, and leave sites clean every evening. Projects like full siding jobs finish on schedule and on budget; roofing replacements resolve long-standing water damage. Staff named include John, Sean, Patrick, and Orlando, each handling their role with evident pride and attention to detail. Communication stands out as consistent, with project managers reachable for questions and willing to address issues like missed nails within days. Homeowners report that higher prices than competitors are justified by quality work, hands-on oversight, and financing options. No structural complaints surface; one minor issue (nails at job end) was resolved promptly after being flagged.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
