Cedar & Copper delivers consistent five-star results on cedar, metal, and specialty roof work. Reviewers highlight the owner Gerson and his family-run crew's willingness to handle jobs in-house rather than subcontract, their rapid turnaround (sometimes same-day), and transparent communication from start to finish.
All 16 reviews give five stars. Reviewers consistently praise the speed of quotes, fairness of pricing, and willingness to turn down work that isn't needed. Workers protect yards with plastic, update customers daily, and finish on schedule; the owner and foreman take time to explain options and address concerns. Full replacements happen in a day or two. One reviewer appreciated being shown a DIY fix rather than upsold on a $1500 repair. GAF Master Elite certification and excellent warranty on products and services feature in recent feedback. Appointment scheduling sometimes requires a week out, but responsiveness to questions and weather-related rescheduling is praised.
