Google Business Profile is the source for the business data shown here, last checked 2026-09-25. Details taken from their website were fetched 2026-08-26.
No customer reviews available. Their website lists HVAC services (air conditioning, furnace, heat pump repair), not roofing or gutter work. Review evidence is limited.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent reviews praise thorough work, fair pricing, and punctual technicians. Long-standing roofs hold well. Older reviews, however, consistently cite unreturned calls about post-job issues like gutter defects, suggesting past communication problems. Workmanship appears solid when engaged; follow-up responsiveness remains unclear.
All 25 Google reviews are five-star. Customers praise Pat's quick response: same-day emergency repairs, two-day roof replacements, fair pricing without upselling, and spotless cleanup. Professional communication and courteous crews mark every job.
A Plus Exterior earns consistent five-star praise for roof replacement, gutter work, and emergency repairs. Crews show up quickly, communicate clearly on-site, and leave no debris behind. Alex, the owner, quotes same-day and follows up after jobs finish. Their hallmark is thorough cleanup: magnetic sweeps for nails, tarps, and elevated lift equipment to contain shingles. They're honest about what actually needs fixing, which saves money. One minor note: early-stage communication before arrival sometimes needs improvement.
