What recent reviews say

Positive early reviews (2017-2018) praised Frank's communication and flat roof work. Since 2020, nearly all feedback warns of being unreachable after payment, failing to honor warranties, and delivering poor-quality repairs. Leaks return within months; callers report disconnected phones and no response to mail or voicemail.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
