Most customers report quick response times and same-day or next-day availability. Staff including David, Kosta, and Mo are named repeatedly for professionalism, transparent estimates, and follow-up communication. Roofing and gutter work are praised for quality and cleanliness; one customer felt rushed off the phone when calling for a preliminary quote on multiple commercial locations.
Over 14 consecutive five-star reviews, Solid Rock Roofing stands out for fast response times, transparent communication, and meticulous workmanship. Mikey and his crew consistently finish on schedule, manage flat roofs and full replacements with equal professionalism, and deliver quotes that undercut competitors without cutting corners.
Most jobs finish within a day or two. Manny and his crew show up when promised, price fairly, and leave the site clean. Reviewers consistently praise the speed and professionalism, especially on roof leaks, gutter installation, and emergency calls. One earlier appointment was missed, but 94 percent of reviews are five-star and recent feedback remains strong. Gutter work, roof repair, and full roof replacement are the most common jobs mentioned. Reviewers describe fast turnarounds, spotting hidden problems like roof rot, and quality materials. The business also handles siding repairs and other trades.
Recent reviews describe serious legal and safety issues: illegal workers, no insurance, roof leaks that required redoing, missed appointments, and unsanitary job sites. Two older positive reviews mention good finish and fair pricing, but the majority of detailed feedback raises major red flags about compliance, accountability, and follow-through.
