Axel and his team deliver consistent results on roof replacements and repairs. Every review praises their responsiveness, honesty about what work is truly needed, and attention to communication. Progress photos, site cleanup, and respect for the home while working are standard. The owner personally oversees projects and his crew executes with care, even on large cedar shingle homes or complex repairs after poor prior work. Prices come in fair or under budget, and clients report using Trepovich for 20+ years and referring neighbors repeatedly.
Most reviewers describe quick, clean projects with fair prices and hands-on oversight by owner Henry Vargas. Two recent one-star reviews report unresolved leaks and poor follow-up after payment, creating tension with the otherwise strong track record.
Strong work on full cedar roof projects earns five-star praise, but recent jobs show inconsistency: no-shows, incomplete oiling, gaps left in shingles, and defensive responses when issues arise. Older reviews cite professionalism; newer ones flag communication failures and half-finished repairs.
Juan's crew earns consistent five-star reviews for roof and gutter work across Fairfield County, praised for attention to detail, clean sites, and meeting deadlines. Two older complaints flag a missed appointment and high pricing, but recent years show none of these issues recurring.
