Turner and Sons installs and repairs roofs, siding, windows, gutters, and doors across central Connecticut. Reviewers consistently praise responsive emergency service, named technicians like Ben and John who troubleshoot problems and go beyond expectations, and cleanup that leaves yards spotless. One complex siding job revealed early project management failures and a rough owner interaction, but a dedicated project manager turned it into a success, suggesting leadership issues can emerge under pressure but may be resolved.

Jeremy and his crew transform homes systematically and treat them like their own. From initial consultation through final cleanup, reviewers consistently report transparent communication, zero hard-sell pressure, and tradesmen who arrive predictably, clean meticulously each day, and visibly take pride in precision work. Siding, gutters, roofing, and deck jobs dominate the feedback. Named crew members (Victor, Alec, Vladimir, Dave, Matt, Diego) appear repeatedly across major projects. Reviewers note Jeremy himself attends site visits, makes calls to accelerate permits, and will shop for doors mid-project if homeowner preferences shift. Several mention roof discoveries (rot, water damage, mold causes) handled honestly with clear options, never hidden costs.
Reviewers consistently report flawless roof replacements completed in one or two days by Jay and his crew, who communicate well, clean meticulously, and stand behind their work with follow-up repairs.
