What recent reviews say
Five-star reviews from 2014-2018 praised professional crews, fair pricing, and thorough cleanup. However, one-star reviews from the same era document incomplete roof work that leaked after rain, broken warranty promises, and unresponsiveness to claims. A 2020 review indicates the business may have closed, with mail returned as undeliverable.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent shift: Business responsiveness appears to have declined sharply between 2018 and 2020; recent activity status is unclear.

Think twice if: Do not hire if you need warranty support; two customers were unable to reach the company after work was complete.

Worth knowing

- offered two-year warranty on at least one flat roof replacement (2018)
- business appears to have closed or become uncontactable by August 2020
