Every review speaks to the same experience: staff arrive when they say they will, diagnose roof problems carefully (including checking attics, not just roof surfaces), and replace or repair efficiently without leaving a mess. Reviewers consistently mention Bill Tyson and Jeison by name, crediting them for detailed estimates with photos, honest guidance on insurance claims, and transparent pricing. The company finishes jobs within days, charges fair rates, and handles miscommunications professionally. Slate roof maintenance, gutter and leaf guard installation, emergency water shielding before storms, and full replacements all appear in the reviews as areas where the crew delivers to standard. Several reviewers note this is family-owned and Ecuadorian-owned, and one mentions they also handle flooring, carpentry, and painting, though roofing dominates the feedback.

Klevis and his team (including Gendi) earn praise for handling detail work carefully, addressing problems creatively, and treating homes with respect.
