Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Mostly five-star reviews praise Scott and his crew for speed, fair pricing, and professional finishes on roofs and siding. One three-star review flags improperly installed siding (uneven, concealing rotted sheeting) and a leaking basement hatchway the crew said they could handle but botched, leaving the customer to redo the work.
O'Donnell Bros responds quickly and knows their trade well. One reviewer reported a staffing problem that led to job cancellation, but five others praised reliable roofing and gutter work, attention to detail, and reasonable costs.
Review evidence is limited. The business states it has operated since 2002 and serves the Bristol CT metro area with roof replacement and related home services. To evaluate their roofing work, contact them directly or seek detailed customer feedback.
