Limited review evidence; one customer reported a missed appointment followed by an unexpected 7 a.m. Saturday visit. The business claims to be fully licensed and CertainTeed/GAF certified, serving Fairfield and Westchester Counties since 1948, but review data is too thin to assess overall reliability.
Since opening, North East Home Improvement has built a spotless record on emergency calls and routine gutter work. Dillon, the owner from a third-generation roofing family, consistently diagnoses problems on the first visit, quotes fairly with no upsells, and completes jobs within hours or days. Reviewers praise the team's professionalism, lack of surprises on the invoice, and genuine care for getting it right the first time.
Both reviews report no-shows and failure to keep appointments. Limited evidence prevents detail about specific services or the causes.
