GM Roofing and Siding LLC

4.9(47)✓ Google-verified

Geovanny and his team consistently deliver siding, roof, and gutter work on time with exceptional attention to detail. They quote fairly without upsell, communicate throughout projects, and leave properties spotless. Storm-damage calls receive same-day or next-day turnarounds, and crews work through tough weather to meet schedules. Aluminum siding repairs, full roof replacements with underlayment, and gutter installations dominate the work. Reviewers praise the crew's professionalism and the founder's honesty over ten-plus projects spanning roofs, siding, gutters, and chimney work. Many hire them again or refer neighbors. A handful mention warranty discussions and gift gestures at project close.

SAVKAT

4.7(200)✓ Google-verified

Positive reviews praise Jordan Bernstein, Brad Sedito, and the team for fair pricing, responsive communication, and fast installations that often beat promised timelines. System design and installation quality receive consistent praise. Four critical reviews highlight serious problems: non-functional solar systems months after install with no follow-up, aggressive door-to-door tactics that led to police involvement, messy job sites, and uncoordinated work resulting in missed utility notifications and inspector re-approvals. The gap between promised and delivered support after purchase stands out as the core complaint. Customers report difficulty reaching service staff, unresolved system failures, and what feels like post-sale abandonment. One reviewer faced six months without proper follow-up on a system that didn't meet original specifications. However, satisfied customers consistently name specific staff members and note being prioritized throughout their projects.

La Rich LLC - Roofing Contractors CT

4.2(10)✓ Google-verified

Most recent jobs show skilled, efficient crews who finish roof replacements in a single day and leave jobsites spotless. Bill and Scott lead responsive estimates and handle insurance claims smoothly. Earlier complaints about unrepaired damage and poor follow-up communication surface the inconsistency: excellent execution on the day of work, but accountability gaps when problems arise afterward.
