Most jobs run smoothly, with crews finishing on time and leaving sites clean. Owner Zed responds quickly to calls and quotes honestly. One significant 1-star case documented flooding after work and unresolved accountability, though this stands apart from 35 five-star experiences praising speed, pricing, and professionalism.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
When work gets completed, quality and pricing can be strong. However, most recent reviews detail systematic problems: no-shows lasting years, projects stalling for months, poor communication, and refusal to fix defects or return to finish jobs. Several reviewers pursued legal action after being ghosted with incomplete work and uncollected final payments.
Two reviews from seven years ago show a split: one satisfied repeat customer praising work quality, one one-star review with no detail. Evidence is too thin to assess current performance reliably.
All 20 Google reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise Jordan, Andrew, and the crew for finishing roof and siding work in one day, leaving properties cleaner than they started, and sticking to quoted prices. Communication is noted as straightforward and honest.
