What recent reviews say

Advanced Construction shines on visible exterior work and siding projects, with crews praised for speed, cleanliness, and communication once work begins. David Preka and his team earn consistent five-star marks for deck replacement, historic restoration, and additions completed on schedule. However, a vocal minority reports serious gaps: material delays before jobs start, improper flashing and waterproofing that causes water damage later, and failure to disclose rotted wood to keep estimates low. One reviewer found fresh damage over old damage from prior Advanced work.

Phone contact can be rough; at least one caller reported a dismissive receptionist. On smaller tasks (screen doors, railings), the crew sometimes goes silent. The 80% five-star rating masks a sharp divide: customers love the finished product and team professionalism on major projects, but some feel misled during the sales and inspection phases. Their website lists extensive licenses and a three-decade operating history, though reviews speak mainly to exterior and structural work rather than the full menu they advertise.

RSR Residential

5.0(53)✓ Google-verified

Every recent review is five stars. Customers say RSR undercuts bigger competitors by thousands of dollars while delivering skilled installation, often in one day, with crews who genuinely care about protecting landscaping and finishing spotless. Tom, Rob, and John handle estimates and project management with transparency and quick turnaround; the labor teams work in sync and clean up before leaving. One customer noted a delay in post-job warranty follow-up, but it's rare and minor against the consistent praise for fair pricing, warranty backing, and professional courtesy.
