Henderson Roofing

Every reviewer praised Henderson Roofing across roof replacements, window installations, and gutters. Project managers like Scott Arruda and Gavin kept jobs on schedule and resolved issues quickly. Staff cleaned up thoroughly-one crew member magneted the backyard after a replacement to protect the homeowners' dogs. The business operates across six service lines and names skilled technicians (Dale in sales, Troy and Matt in project management, Caleb for inspections, Rachel in billing). Reviewers consistently cited fair pricing, honest advice on roof condition, and professionalism that disrupted daily life minimally.

Roof Pros Storm Division

4.8(24)✓ Google-verified

Roof Pros Storm Division stands out for turning a stressful process into a smooth experience. Representatives like Kris Drake, Evan, and Kevin Law guide homeowners through insurance claims with patience and transparency, then complete roof replacements in a single day with zero mess left behind. Materials are top-tier, communication runs throughout, and crews take pride in the finished job. One reviewer noted a minor issue was resolved immediately. This is a team that combines speed with quality, and customers feel genuinely cared for. Hail damage claims are their bread and butter, but they also handle straight repairs and replacements for aging roofs. Staff walk people through the full process upfront, so there are no surprises. Cleanup is consistently praised; one reviewer could not find a single nail in their yard. Named coordinators like Earle Simpson, Anthony, Damien, Jared, and Rick Lammers appear across reviews as the faces of their service. The 4.8-star rating on 24 reviews reflects this consistency.

When work gets completed, quality and pricing can be strong. However, most recent reviews detail systematic problems: no-shows lasting years, projects stalling for months, poor communication, and refusal to fix defects or return to finish jobs. Several reviewers pursued legal action after being ghosted with incomplete work and uncollected final payments.
