Negative reviews cite frustration with pricing (described as 4x competitor rates) and the owner's dismissiveness during consultation, raising concerns about civility regardless of workmanship.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviews are brief or years old. The one recent detailed account praises mold remediation and clear communication; an older review flags missed callbacks and poor scheduling communication. Evidence is limited.
