All 20 reviews are five-star except one four-star, consistently praising Fil and Eric's teams for clear communication, competitive pricing, and spotless workmanship. Most reviews are brief or years old. The one recent detailed account praises mold remediation and clear communication; an older review flags missed callbacks and poor scheduling communication. Evidence is limited.
One reviewer praised fast scheduling and a capable technician, though the single review limits insight into consistency.
Bailiwick's work quality earns praise, but customer experience splits sharply. Positive reviews highlight owner Guy Poirier's expertise, crew professionalism, and meticulous cleanup. Negative reviews cite frustration with pricing (described as 4x competitor rates) and the owner's dismissiveness during consultation, raising concerns about civility regardless of workmanship.
