What recent reviews say

Most customers experience straightforward, professional projects delivered on time and under budget. Chris and Anthony lead crews that stay clean, explain their work, and adjust quotes fairly. One long-standing complaint from 20 years ago flags unresolved window trim and warranty issues under previous leadership, but recent work consistently draws praise for quality materials and care.

The family runs a Milford-based operation serving Fairfield and New Haven counties since 1992. Roofing projects frequently mention 50-year warranties and structural fixes handled with transparency. Gutter and siding work pairs well with roof installations. Insurance claims coordination appears reliable, and the team works around client schedules.

A Plus Exterior earns consistent five-star praise for roof replacement, gutter work, and emergency repairs. Crews show up quickly, communicate clearly on-site, and leave no debris behind. Alex, the owner, quotes same-day and follows up after jobs finish. Their hallmark is thorough cleanup: magnetic sweeps for nails, tarps, and elevated lift equipment to contain shingles. They're honest about what actually needs fixing, which saves money. One minor note: early-stage communication before arrival sometimes needs improvement.
