Leo and Company handles roofing, gutter work, and major interior renovations across southwest Connecticut with consistent praise for craftsmanship, honesty, and on-time delivery. One notable complaint arose when a client reported ghosting after an agreed kitchen and bath project was delayed, despite excellent service during an earlier mold remediation job.
Michael and his team consistently deliver on their promises. Reviewers praise their speed to respond and complete work, their willingness to explain problems in detail (often with video or drone photos), and their honesty about pricing. What stands out most is their care after the job ends: they answer calls immediately if questions arise, they clean up thoroughly, and they work through challenging conditions like rain to finish on time. Siding flashing, gutters, roof repairs, and replacements all get the same level of attention and follow-through. The crew handles everything from minor repairs to full roof replacements and handles the messy part of navigating insurance claims. Reviewers name Michael and Christian as the ones who show up, answer questions, and make sure the work is right. Their expertise covers roofs, gutters, and siding in one crew, which several reviewers say saved them time and money by ruling out where leaks actually came from. Warranty terms appear to include a 5-year cover on certain work like flashing.
