Both reviewers used CT Roofing twice and rated the work excellent. Jonathan quoted fairly and finished on schedule; the second customer returned after four years because the first job at his parents' house went so well.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
John and his crew deliver consistent, high-quality work backed by years of experience and meticulous attention to detail. Projects stay on budget and on schedule, the site is cleaned thoroughly each day, and he stands behind his work-but one reviewer reported a failed repair job with persistent non-responsiveness to follow-up calls.
All nine reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise fast, professional work and finished quality. Evidence remains thin, but punctuality and skill come through clearly.
Two older reviews split sharply: one five-star caller praises the work highly, while a one-star customer reports shingles installed over rotted plywood without proper paper underlayment, questioning whether poor experience stemmed from inexperience or deliberate cost-cutting. Limited recent review evidence.
