Most reviewers report fast, skilled work with attentive staff and spotless jobsites. Free inspections are presented as educational, not sales-driven. Luis Tintin and foreman Toribio are named as reliable. One detailed complaint alleges fraudulent insurance supplements, false free-estimate billing, and intimidating collection calls; the reviewer cites 50 years in insurance and documents a $13,299 cost overcharge above the insurer's original estimate. Strength lies in repeat customers and insurance-friendly process. Watch for claims transparency on estimates and billing terms.
