What recent reviews say
Austin, Darian, John, Kevin, and other supervisors stand out for sending hundreds of daily photos via a web portal and answering questions same-day, even at 10:30 PM. Customers say pricing beats competitors, quotes include scope (solar panel reinstalls, ridge vents, chimney flashing) others charge thousands extra for, and jobsites stay spotless - one supervisor swept debris hours after crew departure to protect kids playing nearby.
Installation quality across asphalt shingles, flat EPDM, and gutters earns consistent praise. Salespeople (Greg, Shawndel, Kevin) take time upfront with drone inspections and written options. When scope grows mid-project, site managers adjust estimates and timelines transparently. Crew worked until last sunlight, trimmed tree branches free, and repositioned homeowner's patio furniture. One reviewer who found them via Instagram stayed skeptical until cold-calling their references confirmed excellent prior work.
