Both reviewers gave five stars and praised the company for fast, friendly work. Limited review detail, but customers recommend Reyes Roof Construction to others.
Installation quality is strong when crews arrive, but the path to that point involves frustrating delays, unresponsive communication, and product mismatches. Reviewers praise technicians like Dan, Dave, Darrell, and crew lead Lateef for professional work and clean sites. The critical complaint recurs: once paperwork is signed, responsiveness drops sharply. Multiple customers reported waiting months for meter connections, calling repeatedly to move projects forward, and discovering installed panels do not match what was promised (Hyundai instead of Tesla, 36 panels instead of 37). Post-installation support is described as slow and dismissive when problems arise.
iSP Roofing completes jobs fast - typically within a single day - with crews that show up on time, communicate clearly, and clean up thoroughly. Reviewers consistently name specific team members (Eli, Mark, Joe, Tom) and praise fair pricing, professional workmanship, and willingness to handle insurance coordination. The company also manages complex jobs pairing roofing with solar installation.
