Reviewers describe a company that honors multi-year commercial relationships and returns without extra charge when a repair doesn't stick the first time. New ownership has invested in crew training and safety. Work is executed with attention to detail; staff are professional and responsive.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers praise Diamond for knowledgeable, responsive staff (particularly Mike Kingsley), efficient crews, and clean work that finishes on time. One reviewer reported two years of leak problems and a denied warranty claim, which undercuts the otherwise strong track record on larger jobs.
Able General Contractor consistently delivers on residential and commercial roofing jobs with named crew members like Tony and John earning repeated praise for professionalism, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship. Work stays on schedule, pricing comes in competitive, and jobsites are left spotless; several reviewers mention receiving photos during the project and chose the company over other quotes.
Review evidence is limited. Two ratings (3.5 average) provide no detail on work quality, timeliness, or specific experience. Their website claims 45 years in business and UL certification, but customer feedback is sparse.
