Preference Construction, Roofing and Home Improvement
Speed and cleanliness define Preference Construction's reputation. Crews typically finish roof replacements in a single day, leaving yards and driveways spotless. The owner and crew show up early, address structural issues on the fly, and leave no debris behind. However, scheduling responsiveness varies: one customer waited hours with no confirmation after an initial same-day inspection was promised, and another dispute from 2017 involved warranty denial and the owner's refusal to address alleged roofing defects without full replacement cost. The business handles shingles, gutters, gutter guards, and damage repairs across several services. Staff like Stevenson and Steven receive consistent praise for professionalism, though recent communication lapses on intake and past warranty conflicts warrant caution if fast scheduling or post-installation problem-solving is critical to you.
